Easy to Grow Tasty Tomatoes Seed Discs Cherry Tomato Cerise / Moneymaker / Roma / Tiny Tim (Solanum Lycopersicum) Sow date (indoors) March to April • Fill your pots with compost to approx 2cm from the top and firm down. • Place the seed disc on the surface of the compost. Discs can be cut to pot size if required. • Cover with a little more compost and water lightly. • Store in a warm location at an approx. temperature of 18 to 21C (65 to 70F) • Sit back and wait for your seeds to grow! • When the seedlings are strong enough to handle (when at the 2 leaf stage), transplant into bigger pots to grow on. • Once all chance of frost has passed the plants can be transplanted in your garden, harden off first. “Hardening off” is the process of moving plants outdoors for a portion of the day to gradually introduce them to the direct sunlight, dry air, and cold nights. • Allow 45cm (18 inches) between plants. • Support plants when required and feed regularly with a tomato feed Harvest Cerise / Moneymaker / Tiny Tim - June to October Roma - August to October
